Whenever Dr. Zaffar writes, his work is always vivid and engaging. This story of the taxi driver also reflects the class divisions in society, where many respectable, lower middle-class people create such narratives in an attempt to fill the voids left by their own deprivations and unfulfilled desires. I, too, carry a similar story in my heart—one that arose from the many-sided hardships and deprivation experienced by a person.

Dr. Zaffar sb always introduces us to characters whose stories feel so real that it seems as if the reader is sitting in the taxi alongside them. In those days, before mobile phones and good communication not existed, if a traveler did not have the exact address of the host’s home, they had to face numerous difficulties. Our generation experienced those challenges firsthand.
Then, in another story, set during a time of terror and violence, we see how a father struggles to educate his son and secure a better future for him despite the harsh circumstances. The entire era of fear and turmoil comes vividly alive before the reader’s eyes.

There are countless stories of migration that occupy a prominent place in literature. Mr.Zafar shared an account narrated by a driver whose elders had been part of that historic phase. The taxi driver’s carefully recounted stories, passed down from his ancestors, were particularly fascinating and deeply moving.

That’s a bitter reality of Tharparkar, at one end we are considering thar as place of poor people and on the other end our generation is continuously ruined by drug mafias with easy access of every kind of addiction.
I am not only totally agreed but endorsed the drug rehabilitation center demand of Partab Mukhi but also demand higher authorities for banning all kinds of drugs.
