Corruption is a disease more pernicious than current pandemic Covid-19. It’s like the termite that has devastated the country from within. The dishonest rulers, politicians, bureaucrats, and other persons in every sphere of life have played havoc with the poor nation. In fact, it’s major reason of our failures. The dearth of honest people has paved the way to a road leading to destruction. The race of corruption once started never ends. It has erased the values, honor, humanity, relationship and even the religious obligations. Corrupt people worship the Goddess of Wealth. They do not believe in any other thing. Without interest and benefit, they do not recognize their blood relations even.

This disease has made the people more thirsty, wild and impatient for making more wealth. Resultantly, their lust for wealth never ends and they give up ghost in the mud of coins and currency.

Since independence, the corruption is one of the biggest obstacles faced by the country in its journey towards progress and prosperity of masses. The nation, poor people in particular, have to face many difficulties because of corruption mafia. The leaders and politicians, who are said to be the custodians, are deeply involved in corruption and because of them the pandemic of corruption has spread at grass root level. The traders, contractors, engineers and all other people are amassing black money by corrupt practices.

Corruption is a cruse which dries the roots of country, weakens the stability. No country could imagine progress without getting rid of corruption. The country has failed to eliminate the corruption, as even the anti-corruption bodies themselves are fully involved in such illegal practices.
