Niloy Rafiq, born on August 6, 1983 in Bangladesh, has published seven poetry book namely ‘Bisuddha Bisaday Vashi Ami Rajhash’ (l am the swan floating in the pureair) 2014); ‘Pipasar Paramayu (Eternity of thirst) 2016; ‘Nona Manusher Mukh’ (Salty Human) 2017; ‘Agyatao Agun (Unknown Fire) 2019; ‘Ankhi Anka Aadinath (Aadinath in eyes) 2021; ‘Momer Prarthonay Noto Shorir’ (Earthen body bended, Worshipping candle) 2023 and ‘Sun Leaf’ in 2023.

A Rose Life

Behula in mystery, the scent of nature

The ripples are surrounding to the circle of

Beauteous estuary

Eyes call to the tidal waves of weaker.

Come in a dreamy cottage in quiet way

And in an idle work of secrets at

Illusions Island

And in moonlit night of winter at the open roof.

In festival of the starry sky

Life of roses in the beginning and end

The bridegrooms will sleep in the north – south

And at the end at the light house cover the memory.

Oscillating cup

Losing the dreams of fallen leaves are untraced

I search the sign in noise of the memorials town

An idle spade shifts the cartons in fair

Winter fumes flame pendulum’s pannikin.

Losing one’s way tune in a field of shadow

Brackish smiled at Moinak hills in storm and sunburned

Birds emblazoned the oyster new – laid infatuated

Luster lines get sweets at times.

The seed of nature in the pebble contemporary

Inwards the windows of ventricle also sequestered.

Victory Episode

The immortal guest turns to history

Youngsters dream of the future

Victory Commemorative in to the red map

Rhyming leaves also sing the roses songs.

All around the light the bloody orthography

The earthen trees shook with joy

In a hate circle the chastity robbers covered with

Shame and a miserable life in a dewy house.

Enlightened the ballads in glamor time

Humble respect to memorials chanting prayers to

The flower – filled soul of heaven

And I must sacrifice for the love of the soil.

Practice the humanity with the beauty of chariot,

And make the peace episode with the tiger roars.
