Cool breeze.., as winter started,

Runny Nose, Watery Eyes

You’re feeling quite Dizzy, You’ve got sniffles.

Sneezing, Runny nose, watery eyes, itchy nose, palate and a sore throat. It can be cold, flu, or allergies.

It’s hard to know what’s going on, fever, viral infection, cold or some other problem. But understanding the differences will help you choose the best treatment.

Colds and flu are caused by different viruses. As a rule of thumb, the symptoms associated with the flu are more severe,” congestion; cough; and sore throat.

Allergies are a little different, because they aren’t caused by a virus.

Instead, it’s your body’s immune system reacting to a trigger, or allergen, which is something you’re allergic to. If you have allergies and breathe in things like pollen or pet dander, the immune cells in your nose and airways may overreact to these harmless substances. Your delicate respiratory tissues may then swell, and your nose may become stuffed up or runny.

Allergies can also cause itchy, watery eyes, which you don’t normally have with a cold or flu.

Allergy symptoms usually last as long as you’re exposed to the allergen, which may be about 6 weeks during pollen seasons in the spring, summer, or fall. Colds and flu rarely last beyond 2 weeks.

Allergies can be treated with antihistamines or decongestants.

Antihistamines help reduce the sneezing, runny nose, and itchiness of allergies. These come in pill form.

The best one having non-sedating effect and cardiac safe is here for get relieved from each symptoms within 5 minutes: Telfast (Fexofenadine) is easily accessible to you as it’s available over the counter medicine (OTC) having the strength of 60 mg, 20 mg and 180 mg.

Dose recommendations start as: 60 mg Telfast twice a day; 120 mg once daily and 180 mg for skin allergies, as Emphysema, and hives.

I share the study of Potter PC et al Rapid onset of action of fexofenadine (Telfast) published in Allergy Clinical Immunology in 2001, 2014 where patients aged group 16-years or over were taken with symptomatic seasonal allergic rhinitis. The patients (696) received single oral dose (120mg) of fexofenadine. Symptoms scores (0-4) scale were recorded by the patients at 5 minute intervals for 1hour and analyzed in relation of baseline scores within 30 minutes. The 80% Patients taking fexofenadine reported relief from all allergic Rhinitis Symptoms.

So say good bye to runny itchy nose, watery eyes and feel healthy and active.
