Vice Chancellor, Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) Prof. Dr. Ikram Din Ujjan inaugurated Urology Ward (Unit II) at Liaquat University Hospital Jamshoro on Thursday.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Prof. Dr. Ikram Din Ujjan said that Liaquat University Hospital is establishing new units to provide better health facilities to the ailing community.

He said that Liaquat University Hospital is a tertiary care hospital, and is one of the largest and oldest hospital in the region which provides a wide range of services.

He added that keeping in view a huge number of patients with Urological diseases, another ward of Urology with 24 Beds has been established to deliver the best care to the patients.

Medical Superintendent Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad/ Jamshoro  Dr. Shahid Junejo , in charge Urology unit II Dr. Zakir Husain Rajpar, Dr. Javed Altaf, Prof. Shafique Memon  & Prof. Aziz Abdullah, Head of Urology Department Liaquat National hospital Karachi, Deans and faculty Members accompanied the Vice Chancellor at the Inaugural Ceremony.
