Muhammad Zeeshan Ullah, leader of the Workers Action Committee, said the bank had fired hundreds of employees on false charges. The process of forced dismissal from jobs continues despite employees’ protests in different cities.

He said that the officials of bank management were pressuring the employees in branches either to resign voluntary or they would be terminated anytime. The process of firing the employees had been going on for the last two months.

The fired employees include males and females, who had filed several cases against the bank management in NIRC Sindh. Protests demos were being held in different cities of Sindh but the cruelty of the bank management has not ended.
