Reflects mercy

Recalls prayer

To me

Eid shows charity

Showers blessings

Shakes blindfold lust

To me

Eid brings trust

Blissful purity after fast

If I can,

May be…

May be not…. may not be….

He knows

What I’ve lost, yes,

Lost my innocence,

The gate-pass to return….

In a hurry, signal warns

It’s time for U-turn
