Human being has been bestowed with the core of knowledge and learning capacity. The core of knowledge contains very basis of the potential of reason and wisdom and learning-faculty, which advances it as per time structure on need basis. Human knowledge can be categorized in three domains. First domain contains the congenital knowledge, second domain is the achieved knowledge and the third domain is philo-knowledge. The first layer or domain is a natural bestowal according to the capacity of every individual. It contains all the traits and skills necessary for life. Intake, Defence and Sex are the main three pillars of human life. The congenital skills provide support system to the above mentioned three things. All the other activities emanate from them.

The congenital knowledge provides foundation basis for the orientation of the second domain or achieved knowledge. It is just like roots of knowledge and every tree survives and grows on its roots by taking intake through leaves or the other extensions. It is also hidden potential and none knows about the limitations of it. Experience of observation and learning unearth the part of the potential. The second domain or the achieved knowledge contributes refinement, capping or deterioration of the first domain. The second domain follows the first domain. The well prepared and planned education refines and sharpens the traits of the first domain. The negativity and exploitativeness spoil the first domain of knowledge. Information given through a thrusting mechanism caps the freedom of thought. People are taught against their congenital traits and interests. It exploits human beings and sometimes it misuses people against their freedom of thought. The schooling starts with compulsion and barbarism. An innocent child, taking from a mother’s lap, is sent to an unknown place called school, or any other such structure without the will and choice of the child.

The behavior of barbarism and compulsion inculcate the sense of intellectual servitude. Any school cannot be an alternative of the mothers lap. World has not thought yet to come out of that compulsion and exploitation. It caps the personality of a human being through different tactics, texts and delivering s. The third domain is the sublime domain or Philo knowledge means love knowledge. It spurs to the activities of first and second domain. It digs out the hidden potential and guides human beings to transform impossibilities into possibilities. Love, science and art are outcome of this third domain.

All the inventions and discoveries are because of this domain. This domain ignites the hidden potential and inculcates a sense of realization and realization. In the light of this complicated characteristic, it is needed a pertinent system of learning compatible to the ever changing scenarios of life, society and nature. For that purpose, it is imperative to get training based education leading us ahead. The training should be a comprehensive package for fulfillment of different moves, happenings and dreams. There should focus on natural environment and psychological bases. The learning and training should focus on going ahead in positive direction.

The training can refine human behavior if it is imparted with participatory approach. This is the age of extended freedom of expression and choice opportunities. The training can teach the world how to live safely.
