Thar Foundation organized study tour for students of Thar Foundation Schools located in different villages of Tharparkar.
Some 122 students including 20 girls went for three-day study tour of Karachi and Thatta. Many of these students had this opportunity first time in their life.
During the visit children enjoyed boat ride, visited Port Qasim, stayed in hotel, used escalators/elevators, visited head office of SECMC, enjoyed at beach, visited mausoleum of Quaid e Azam, NED University main campus, Magnificence center, Makli necropolis, Shahjahan Mosque and other such famous places.
Such visits are a unique opportunity of learning and entertainment for students. For many children such visits become a life-changing experience. (PR)
