Living Closely – A Poem from Nepal

Like an escapist

I do not want to remain mute

I do not want to go blank

I wrote my future is red!

Living Closely

Like an escapist

I do not want to remain mute

I do not want to go blank

I wrote my future is red

And did not give any explanations

It surely means it is a part

Of a magic-revolution in the making

The burning mantle of expression

Is my torch to clearly see the path!

In beautiful scars

My abstraction is philosophized.

I splash a fulfilling tiny drop of my life

And urge you to do the same.

The seeking prayers are teaching you

First to accept your own belief

You may also step forward to value

The universal segment of other acceptances

The answers you own is the marker

Of passion and contentment

There is strength in time

There is a solace in living.

Faraway the distance is still seen.

Closely the memories are still read.
