The government needs to focus on Mental Health awareness in Pakistan so as people may live a peaceful life

Mental health issues vary from person to person within the same society or sometimes country to country and undoubtedly, this sort of condition a person faces individually or collectively the social, political, religious, and, economic crises.

If we just throw light on Pakistan’s issues, mental issues have destroyed not only life of a single person but also affected all. People in Pakistan don’t care for mental healthcare. Most of them are focusing on work, duties, and responsibilities with source of money for the sake of their children’s future. That’s why people lose their mental health. They become careless from their basic right to protect a life from such a life-taking mental disease.

It is the responsibility of every single young or aged to take serious steps for Mental Healthcare. They may live a safe life. It is responsibility of the government to protect the people and to promote awareness in the country by applying different programs. So, the government needs to focus on Mental Health awareness in Pakistan as people may live a peaceful life. There are private or governmental centers where Mental Health Facilities are truly being provided by psychologists. But as we see in Pakistan there is no specific department which works on those issues for Mental Health Facilities. Pakistan needs to work because one in third faces this kind of diseases. People especially the youth never control their emotions.

Here are some common Mental Health practices that can help to improve mental health

  1. Positive thinking

A negative mind will never give you positive life so be careful and positive.

  1. Right use of social media

Everyone from us uses social media platforms. It is good in this era of technology but if it hurts and pushes you into problem.

  1. Read books

By reading books, you may surely gain much important knowledge, and experience from authors, and read travelogues they will lead you to visit country and events.

  1. Utilize time

Most of us spend time in using social media. When we wake up early in the morning, we indeed check WhatsApp. We should spend and utilize priceless time on good things.

  1. Recite Holy books

Whether you are Muslim or belong to another religion, you should at least recite it one time in the early morning. By reciting, you will feel calm mentally or physically.
