The warrior of light believes. Because he believes in miracles, miracles begin to happen. Since he is certain that his thought of him can change life, his life begins to change. Since he is sure that he will meet love, love appears. “ Paulo Coelho

Shamima Shawket is a young woman and lives in Bangladesh. I virtually met her on the well-known social Facebook one day by chance through reading a post from a Bangladeshi actor friend who expressed his positive thought about her on the first theatrical artistic production of this dear sister.

I was first touched by the words that came from the heart of Md. Hasib (actor) and sent a friend request to this woman. She accepted and greeted me cordially. We talked for a while about her work not only in the entertainment world but also about the association she founded for mutual aid and the support of all those activities in defense of the “weak” sections of humanity.

Through her works she tries to spread positive thinking, that is, a different way of living and building and facing Life. She knows deeply what pain is, as well as joy and struggles to realize the collective dream of a world where peace reigns, where love permeates everything. I bring you the beautiful testimony of Md. Hasib who knows how to express the great work of Shamima.

Md. Hasib actor and poet use to write Bengali; does social work helping poor children and helpless people around him. “I like to know their problems and to try to solve it as much as my ability,” he says.

”When everyone is busy surviving trying to work during the time of the Corona, a beautiful soul sister is committed with heart and soul to children neglected by society to make a new dream come true.”

Her organization – Nobo Anondo – staged their first production of “Birds of Light” with under-structure children. The play is written by beloved sister Shamima Shawket. “I watched the play in wonder. History touches hearts and souls.”

“I believe that the birds of light will one day eliminate all darkness from society and illuminate the world. May the dream come true – Good luck to all.”

All those who are engaged in the realization of their dream or who feel the need to pursue their existential purpose are Warriors of Light.

Shamima does not know she is, because the Warrior often feels fragile in his great availability and in the trials that Life never spares him…

She uses in the right and in the truth of what surrounds him, to reach her goals, which are then those of the Universe.

She dreams of changing what is wrong and eliminating injustice without bloodshed and always takes action, in the ways and times that belong to her

She is the one who is able to understand the miracle of life, to feel the heartbeat of the earth and to fight to the end for something he believes in.

The Nobo Anondo association – carries out various awareness activities as well as organizing plays for children. In the meantime, they distributed masks, planted trees in abandoned places, promoted awareness raising events and distributed food among the needy. They also help children in their studies.

A friend who wanders the world and every time she sees a problem, she tries to solving it. Not only does she herself follows the path of honesty, but also motivates others not to be dishonest at any cost. The unequal social structure, caste discrimination, racism, political instability make it distressed. Even though she finds no one to accompany her in a good deed, she fearlessly advances like a brave soldier standing alone. But there is a time when the politics of moral depravity, torture and injustice in society has reached such a threshold that you confuse even a braver soldier like yours. Then the people around her, whom she had once led on the right path, came and stood beside her. Assuring her that if everyone works together, you raise your voice against injustice, the day will surely come when everything becomes beautiful.

The warrior for us is the one who sacrifices himself for the good of others.
