In preparation for the first Congress of the World Organization Of Writers (WOW) scheduled for April 4th to 6th 2024 in Abuja, Nigeria, the President of the WOW, Ms. Margarita Al was received by the President of the Association Of Nigerian Authors Writers (ANA) Dr. Usman Ladipo Akanbi in his Abuja office on April 3.
With the ANA President was the ANA General Secretary, Dr. Joan Oji. Accompanying the WOW President was the Secretary General of the Pan African Writers Association (PAWA) Dr. Wale Okediran.
The delegates of the WOW Congress also visited the ANA headquarters.
The WOW Congress will be declared open today (April 4th 2024) at 10am WAT by the Nigerian Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mallam Idris Malagi with other eminent Government Officials, Writers, Scholars and Diplomats from and outside Nigeria in attendance.
