The Sindh Indigenous and Traditional Crafts Company (SITCO) and Basant Hall Cultural Center of Endowment Fund Trust (EFT) are jointly organizing a two-day Thar Festival, scheduled to take place on November 29 and 30 at Basant Hall Hyderabad.
Chief Secretary Sindh Syed Asif Haider Shah will attend the festival as the special guest.
This event will showcase the rich cultural heritage of the Thar region, featuring an array of folk music, Rajasthani and Thari dances, and Thari raag, including the mesmerizing Borindu. The festival will also include a panel discussion on the second day, highlighting the unique aspects of Thari culture, folk literature, and the concept of Thar.
