Eat for living, don’t live for eating – advice for ultra-lovers of Junk food

Different people have different ardors and fervors in their lives such as sports, singing, dancing, fishing, boating etc. But at times, some people show fervency in the things which might get them into trouble owning to its excessive or may be wrong use. As in recent past people have become foodies, gourmand and gourmet .It has been witnessed and is the story of every developed and underdeveloped country that most of the people are seen in food streets , restaurants and in cafeterias eating fast food which is indeed harmful for them.

Extra fat is inevitable in using junk food which ultimately becomes the source of inviting all kinds of fatal diseases like hepatitis, diabetes and fatty liver.

Eating excessive amount of fast food may also increase risk of depression, anxiety and high blood pressure.

Obesity is one of the most common and perceivable effects of junk food besides learning and memory problems, loss of appetite and digestion, mental impact leading to depression and inadequate growth and development.

The disease hepatitis also damages the main part of our body due to use of fast food. Actually, the people who are ultra-lovers of junk food dislike other normal food like vegetable because of their horrid habits.

Moreover, sometimes people feel low blood pressure and the leading cause behind this is the use of sugar / sweet poison which is why every 3rd person is affected of diabetes. It may cause death, if not cured properly.

In nut shell, we should eat for living not live for eating .Eating more shortens life and daily exercise will us fit and healthier.
