Now question regarding the rehabilitation and reconstruction of villages and cities is of great concern. How and who will help the cities and villages for rebuilding and the Internally Displaced Persons? The loss is beyond imagination according to words of UN secretary Antonio Gutterss that ‘he had never seen such an astonishing destruction’.
