Commissioner of Larkana Division Ghanhwer Khan Leghari visited the historic 89-year old Gomibai Ladies’ Club on Wednesday and distributed Eid gifts among the members of Blind Association on behalf of the office bearers of the club. Riaz Memon, president of the Blind association and his team were present.
On this occasion, awards and certificates were also given to Dr. Zameer Ahmed Soomro, Principal, Chandka Medical College, Dr. Abdul Ghani Shaikh, Dr. Shanti Lal, Dr. Hifa Abro, Dr. Afsheen Bhatti, Dr. Nadia Bhatti, Dr. Najia Bhatti and others.
Commissioner Ghanhwer Khan praised the efforts of Club President Farida Pechuho, Secretary General Dr. Sakina Gaad, Ms. Hamida Khaskheli, Ms. Zakia Pirzado, Ms. Fakhr-u-Nisa, Ms. Puri Chandni,, Ms. Shabroz and other members of club for organizing various activities. (PR)
