There may be various causes behind this disaster but the major amongst all seems the corruption and non- seriousness of stakeholders.

The current crippling educational system of country has produced unsatisfactory results which in no way meet the standards designed by the educators of developed country. It is an inadequate system which has failed miserably. There may be various causes behind this disaster but the major amongst all seems the corruption and non-seriousness of stakeholders. Our government hardly pays any heed to educational reforms. Many schools are closed particularly in rural areas. Irony is this that in most schools there are no teachers appointed and those who are appointed are ghosts. Therefore villagers are deprived of basic facility of education.

Education is the basic right of humans so improving education is extremely important and should be kept on first priority. If the government focuses on basic needs and facilities, this pensive problem could be medicated. Along with many flaws, there is dearth of infrastructure such as buildings, furniture, water, and electricity. Our education system can be improved if the government shows interest.

Moreover, they should enhance capacity building of teachers. Their skills and capabilities need to be improved. At gross root level, STR (Student Teacher Ratio) ought to be followed so that students can get good, standard education because they are our future.

On the other hand, teachers must be paid handsome packages like any other parent department.

Kindly bring some reforms in education as we have already had a colossal loss due to pandemic and lockdown.
