Modern laboratories and classrooms have been given priority in the new building.
Tando Jam: Dr. Fateh Marri Vice Chancellor Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) inaugurated the newly constructed building of Crop Protection Faculty of Sindh Agriculture University, along with Noor Mohammad Baloch, Director General Agriculture Research Sindh, and Dr. Jan Mohammad Marri, Dean Faculty of ACPT on Friday.
During inauguration event the Vice Chancellor Dr. Fateh Marri said that projects have been approved to build more new academic and administrative departments of the University.
“A mega project has been approved for the university, after which SAU will prove to be the university with the best infrastructure in the country.” He added.
He said that work is under process on various projects in collaboration with the Federal, Provincial governments and agricultural Departments of the country; he said that modern laboratories and classrooms have been given priority in the new building.
He said that our aim is to provide a learning environment to the students as well as provide technical assistance to the agricultural sector and Farmers.
Dr. Jan Mohammad Marri, Dean Faculty, Dr. Imran Khatri and Dr. Bhai Khan Solangi addressed the gathering.
Deans Dr. Qameruddin Chachar, Dr. Aijaz Khoonharo, Dr. Syed Ghiasuddin Shah Rashdi, Dr. Naimatullah Leghari, Dr. A. G. Arijo academic Advisor to Vice Chancellor, Dr. Altaf Siyal Director ORIC, Registrar Ghulam Mohyaddin Qureshi and teachers of various faculties were also present on the occasion. (PR)
