Hashish was seized at Sindh-Punjab border during the search of a truck; accused Rasheed Tanoli of Attock arrested

Ubauro: In yet another successful operation within few days, Sindh Excise Police foiled an attempt to smuggle 40 kilogram hashish from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to Karachi on Friday.
According to details, Excise and Narcotics Inspector Hassan Ali Dashti along with his team at Sindh Punjab Border Kumho Shaheed Check Post recovered 40 kg of hashish during a search of suspicious truck number OKI-1222.
The hashish was being transported to Karachi from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. An accused Rasheed Tanoli resident of Attock was arrested and a case under the narcotics law has been registered against the accused.
Further investigation has been launched.
A huge quantity of hashish was recently seized at same border point, which is often used for smuggling of narcotics.
