Which life system men support?
Here the godly game goes haywire,
And tumbles into a meaningless march
Towards nothingness.
They create but confusions and live on illusions.

THE CREATOR OF CONFUSIONS
Life is a sacred gift to the living,
But it is not a free gift.
As soon we touch the ground,
The fictional turns to reality
But not without a price.
No doubt, gods make allowances for us.
They send air, sunlight, atmosphere
All free of cost.
Anyone who is born to the earth,
Finds these things aplenty, without any cost.
But life needs something beyond these.
Everything that exists,
Has a stomach,
Which binds it to the earth,
And earth does not believe in free ships.
You have to work so that you get
Something to eat.
Even trees have to transform
Carbon dioxide into Oxygen,
And feed the flocks with fruit.
Animals too earn their living,
By being available for milk,
For carrying loads,
And, finally,
Being food to men.
I have seen even butterflies,
Squirrels, rats, cats, dogs.
Who is there that does not work
For his stomach?
They are all on sacred duty.
Every object of nature is so designed
In order to be alive,
They have to pay,
And mode of this price is
Being available to support life systems.
Which life system men support?
Here the godly game goes haywire,
And tumbles into a meaningless march
Towards nothingness.
They create but confusions and live on illusions.

ARTISTIC WORLD OF BEAUTY
This is a world of the visible
And visibility has more to do
With how you look
Rather than what you are
Which is no consideration in fact.
Beauty is the art of the ‘made up’
Perhaps in themselves
Things are not beautiful
That is why
We spend hours ‘making’ our faces up
To make things look beautiful
We engage tailors, beauticians,
And hair dressers
Is it that we lack beauty
And only aids come to our help?
Marriage is an all ‘look’ festival
How much time and money is spent
On the bridal build up
Sweet words, arty style,
Decoration of body and mind.
What things originally are
No doubt it doth matter
But it is the subject of private discourse only
In public we need a tailor
And a hair dresser.
After all we have to appear good
Not only in how we look
But also in our affectations
There is no necessity to be good
So long as you can pass for a gentleman…
