Sindh Agriculture University organizes award distribution ceremony

Two students of Sindh Agriculture University are among the top 15 winners of the Huawei Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Competition held with the support of Higher Education Commission.
The students who have achieved success include Zafar Ali Shahani and Sabir Ali Mangi of BSIT of Information Technology Center of SAU.
More than 12000 students from 135 universities of the country participated in the competition. SAU VC distributed the awards and gifts among participants.
In this regard, an award ceremony was organized at Dr. AM Shaikh Auditorium Hall of the University on Saturday.
Dr. Aijaz Ali Khooharo, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences speaking on this occasion said that through modern competitive activities, our graduates will be familiar with the research and innovative information happening in the world, students should participate fully in such activities,
Mir Sajjad Talpar, Director, ITC said that skills are important along with education, as the market needs skilled workers, especially IT-related skills are in high demand.
Director CNS, Focal Person and Master Trainer Sohrab Ali Thahim said that our students competed hard in various competitions and rounds hosted by Huawei ICT, and our students had the best participation.
