Dylan Thomas Day 2023 will be observed on May 14 to pay homage to Dylan Thomas, the Visionary Poet of Wales.
This year’s theme suggested by the British organizers is “Dreams”, as a tribute to the 70th anniversary of the performance of the visionary radio drama ‘Under Milk Wood’.
In 2015 the International Dylan Thomas Day was established to celebrate one of the outstanding poets of the 20th century. Every year on May 14 the visionary poet of Wales is remembered with projects ranging from Poetry to Art, from Music to Videos.
In Italy, the city of Turin has distinguished itself over the years as a center for the celebration of Dylan Day.

As in the last four years, a major online commemoration has been planned with the creation of the Dylan Day 2023 website which has obtained the patronage of the Metropolitan City of Turin.
The site – https://dylanday2023.jimdofree.com/ – unites poets, writers, artists, video-makers and musicians from 60 countries on 5 continents: from Ukraine to Turkey, from the United States to India, from Russia to New Zealand and China.
