Loneliness in crowd!

Amidst the bustling streets and city lights,

We walk alone, our hearts taking flight,

The crowds may swirl and ebb and flow, But deep inside, we all know:

We are alone, even in a crowd,

Our thoughts and fears, they scream so loud,

We long for connection, for someone to see,

The person we truly are, and who we could be.

But the noise of the world can drown out our voice,

And we’re left feeling lost, with no other choice,

We try to blend in, to follow the pack,

But our souls ache for more, and we can’t go back.

So we wander through life, seeking our place,

Hoping to find a familiar face,

Someone who sees us, who understand,

And with whom we can walk hand in hand.

But until then, we walk alone,

Our hearts heavy, our spirits prone.

To the joys and sorrows of the human condition,

Finding solace in our own intuition.

For we are alone, even in a crowd,

But our strength and resilience, they make us proud,

We’ll keep searching, until we find our way,

And in the meantime, we’ll live for today.

Rainbow of childhood

In the days of my teens!

 I played with simple toys,

 My imagination ran wild,

And I found joy in simple joys.

I climbed trees bare feet

Chased butterflies in the breeze,

Rolled down hills without care,

And played hide and seek with ease.

My friends were my world.

And we laughed without care,

We explored the woods and fields,

Without a thought of what was fair.

I remember summer nights,

When the stars lit up the sky,

And we caught fireflies in jars,

As the crickets chirped nearby.

I remember the taste of ice cream

On a hot and humid day,

And the sound of the ice cream cart,

As it drove down my street to play.

Childhood was a time of wonder,

When the world was full of magic,

And anything was possible,

With a little bit of imagination and logic.

Though those days are long gone,

And I’ve grown up with the years,

I still cherish those memories,

And hold them close with tears.

Nothing left to say!

Her hair was like a field of golden wheat,

Her eyes, blue as the vast ocean deep.

Her smile, like sunshine on a summer’s day,

Her laughter, a melody that would play

But like a butterfly, she fluttered away.

Leaving me with nothing but memories to stay

She traded love for material things

And left my heart with broken strings.

Her beauty was like a rose in bloom

But she wilted and faded too soon

Her love was like a shooting star

Brilliant, but fleeting from afar.

Oh, how I long to hold her once more?

To feel her warmth and her love restore.

But like a bird, she flew away,

And left my heart in disarray.

She was like a diamond, precious and rare,

But she chose money over love, I can’t compare

My heart aches for her, but I must let go,

And move on from the pain that she bestowed

Her beauty will forever be etched in my mind,

A memory of a love I thought I’d find

But like the wind, she blew away,

Leaving me with nothing left to say.
