Sindh is one from Karachi to Kashmore – Murtaza Wahab

In his lust for power, JI’s Hafiz Naeem has gone mad and is ready to make alliance with a party which harmed the national security

Karachi, Sindh

Spokesperson to the Sindh Government and the Advisor to Chief Minister on Law, Barrister Murtaza Wahab has said that Sindh has been one for centuries and will remain one. Therefore, no such terms of interior or exterior of Sindh should be used to misguide the people.

“Stop speaking interior and exterior of Sindh. Karachi is Sindh, Hyderabad is Sindh. There must not be unnecessary geographical definition of Sindh. From Kashmore to Karachi, Sindh is one, and will remain one. It is yours, mine and ours Sindh,” Barrister Murtaza Wahab said addressing a press conference in the Sindh Assembly Committee Room on Monday.

“In his lust for power, Hafiz Naeem has gone mad and is ready to make alliance with a party which harmed the national security and attacked our sensitive institutions and facilities,” he said.

Murtaza Wahab said, “Hafiz Naeem is favoring those who rendered harm to public properties. Stop this now for heaven’s sake.”

“The politics of hate has done a lot of damage to all of us, don’t nurture these hatreds now. KMC will be with the People’s Party, people will see the difference, and the people of Karachi have rejected the negative politics,” he said.

He said that today someone was saying that PPP numbers in Karachi LB polls are not complete. “Brother, the numbers of the People’s Party are full, you have been defeated despite all the lavish spending. Accept the mandate with respect.”

“You must be thinking of the Zia era when Afghani was made the mayor. The People’s Party did the politics of development, not the politics of sit-in. The result was that people voted for us,” he said referring to Jamat Islami whose mayor was installed by Zia regime. (PR)
