Sindhi Mandir, serving the needs of the community, being the Sindhi Community House in London, has announced hold the Children’s Diwali Party on Saturday October 26, 2024. The Diwali Party for children will be held from 4p.pm to 7p.m.
In a press release, the management of Sindhi Mandir has asked the Sindhi community to join the event for a fun-filled celebration designed for little ones and their families.
It also announced Fortnightly Sindhi Cooking School which will be held on Sunday October 13, 2024 with iconic dish Daal Pakwan.
The regular monthly programs of Sindhi Mandir are Asa Di Var on Sundays at 7.30 to 8.30am; Mata Ki Chowki on First Saturday of the month at 7pm; Happy Tuesday Family on First Tuesday of the month at 12noon (Except in October when it would be on 8th); Sukhmani Paath on Thursdays at 12.00 to 2.00pm; Satnarain Katha on Satnarain day at 12.00 to 2.00pm; Swami Teooram Maharaj and Swami Shanti Prakash Satsang on last Saturday of the month at 5.00 to 6.00pm.
All events will be followed by Langar Prasad. Sindhi Mandir is wheelchair-accessible and volunteers will be happy to offer assistance if needed, press release said.
As a registered charity, Sindhi Community House normally relies on income from events and generous donations from the community to help care for the building, provide regular events and support the cultural needs of community.
