Today, many projects and additional measures are being implemented to improve the efficiency of education. The main goal of these is to further improve the quality and efficiency of education, to take a place among advanced countries, and to increase the number of talented personnel. In particular, issues such as the use of foreign experience in education, the widespread promotion of the International Assessment Program, and the effective use of digital technologies are yielding positive results in improving the quality of education. In particular, the attention paid to the primary education system and the reforms being implemented, in turn, are making a worthy contribution to the upbringing of a competitive young generation that thinks independently and can effectively use the acquired knowledge, skills, and qualifications.

As is known, learning foreign languages is one of the pressing issues of today. After all, only a person who knows his native language well will not have any difficulties in learning other languages. The basis of native language lessons is linguistic knowledge. Studying the system of phonetic, lexical, and grammatical knowledge based on relevant laws is an important foundation for consolidating language-related information. Digital technologies also play a special role in quickly and easily delivering this knowledge to the student.

Because the use of electronic resources and Internet sources in the process of engaging students and working with information gives good results. By providing students with educational tablets, it is possible to increase their computer literacy and conduct interactive lessons effectively. As a result of the rational use of multimedia tools, audio and video materials, and computer capabilities, it is possible to easily master the subject, prevent monotony, boredom, and concentrate students’ attention on one place. It is known that images seen are more memorable than heard information, therefore it is appropriate to use visual imagery in appropriate situations for lessons.

If each lesson is organized in a unique style based on a creative approach, students’ views on the subject and science will also change in a positive direction. Additional materials that help students quickly and easily master the subject should be selected taking into account their age and psychological characteristics. Each lesson plan should be methodologically well-structured and have a clear pedagogical goal. The selected interactive method and advanced pedagogical technologies should be able to form the emotional abilities and worldview of students. It is also advisable to ensure an integrative approach during the lesson. In particular, in the delivery of linguistic knowledge in native language lessons, it is possible to ensure good mastery of the subject by explaining the concepts related to the subject in connection with various texts, life events, and the results of students’ daily observations. If a multi-sensory approach is given importance in creating learning tasks, it is possible to simultaneously develop students’ skills such as seeing, expressing, writing, and hearing. In particular, more creative tasks completed independently expand students’ worldview and world of thought.

The use of the narrative method is effective in imparting linguistic knowledge. In this case, students should be allowed to use words, word combinations, and sentences encountered in their observations and experiences. Unfamiliar concepts can be introduced into students’ vocabulary in the process of performing practical work, such as explaining them with real-life examples and concrete images, and constructing sentences with their participation. Multimedia technologies also ensure that lessons are interesting today. In particular, by observing and analyzing moving, colorful images, students develop and activate multiple abilities simultaneously. The appropriate and appropriate use of interactive methods also directly affects the quality of education.

In conclusion, it should be said that today many innovations and reforms are being implemented to ensure the quality and effectiveness of education. Their rational and adequate use requires skill and talent from the teacher. The methods that have a positive impact on the quality of education have been mentioned above. Some of them have been introduced into practice, and some are gradually entering the mainstream. The main goal, regardless of which path is chosen, is to achieve the effectiveness of the lesson, to discover the most advanced and innovative methods.
