UAE, Rwanda sign MoU on Countering Terrorism

The signing ceremony took place at the World Governments Summit that concluded in Dubai

Lt. General H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, United Arab Emirates and Alfred Gasana, Minister of Interior of Rwanda, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at enhancing security and counter-terrorism efforts between the two countries.

The signing ceremony took place at the World Governments Summit that concluded in Dubai yesterday.

The MoU aims to strengthen cooperation in combating various crimes and facilitating information exchange to reduce crime rates. It also outlines joint initiatives such as training programs and courses to further enhance policy and security capabilities.
