Of SMILES AND MISSILES
When the Poets realized
That the world
Was on the brink
Of self-destruction
They organized a meeting
At which it was decided
To open an industry
Of good sense in every capital.
Smiles will be manufactured
On a large scale
And lips too
To fire the Smiles.
The smiles were from
Earth to earth, and from air to air
And some could be fired
From earth to air
The medium range ballistic smiles
Could damage the enemies
Of life, and shower on them
Bombs of flowers.
Some missiles are full of
Blessings and good wishes
Fired from heart to heart
Hit the targets hard.
The fighting world looked
In utter amazement
At the rockets firing smiles
From the skies.
