International Festival “Embrace The World, Embrace The Diversity,” was held in Beijing

At the International Festival “Embrace The World, Embrace The Diversity,” representatives from Turkmenistan participated, which took place at the Beijing Transport University. The event brought together guests from 34 countries who presented vibrant performances in their national styles, the “BigAsia” website reports.
The Turkmen delegation performed a dance number in which they showcased the national dance “kushdepdi.” In addition, festival participants treated guests to the traditional dish “dograma.” University instructors recognized it as the best dish of the festival.
“Dograma” is a national Turkmen dish made from lamb, flatbread, and onions.
This is not the first time “dograma” has attracted global attention. In August, Lebanese chef Abir El Sagir, who gained popularity on the social network Tik-Tok, independently prepared “dograma.” The video garnered millions of views and over 150,000 likes.
The “Embrace The World, Embrace The Diversity” festival was organized by Beijing Transport University with the aim of showcasing cultural diversity and introducing the uniqueness of different countries. The event brought together guests from various corners of the world and allowed them to learn about the traditions and cuisine of other cultures.
