I forget myself
And drift towards you
When I desire.

When I Desire
When I desire
I forgive.
When I desire
I destroy myself.
I rebuild,
When I desire.
You come,
You go.
I have the road,
The path to you
Covered in roses,
And forgetfulness.
Love is only a metaphor;
True liking
Is in the soul
And sacrifices,
And in being the world
For the one
We desire.
I seek
When I desire.
I dream
When I desire,
I forget myself
And drift towards you
When I desire.
