So far there are no reports from the government about any investigation or the action taken against the school management.
Educational institutions are the places where people feel satisfied to send their children. These are the institutions where mothers, sisters or daughters are allowed to contribute and impart education to the children enrolled there. Institutions are established with the intention of bringing about the change in the society by providing quality education with caliber thoughts.
However it was a state of pity to come to know that a private school in Karachi had installed CCTV cameras in lady washrooms. It is indicative of evil designs of school management to blackmail the female teachers and students using the washrooms.
It has been reported that after the provincial education minister came to know about installation of CCTV cameras in school washrooms, a team of officials visited the school and found the CCTV cameras. If the reports are true, it must be investigated thoroughly to know who suggested getting CCTV cameras installed in ladies’ washrooms.
Trial rooms in shopping malls in the past were also found with CCTV cameras installed by mischief-mongers.
Severe action is needed to be taken against the people involved in such a crime. The institution must be closed and no leniency should be entertained in any case. The schools are said to be the second lap of mother. Mother cares and protects her children but doesn’t deliver any harm to their reputation. Schools’ atmosphere is tantamount to family. The walls of school building and furniture are not institutions. Thinking, character, behavior and mind set running the institutions are thought to be institutions. The government is required to take effective measures to keep watching private schools’ activities regularly to ensure smooth running of schools.
The people having evil designs working in educational institutions are not imparting education but fabricating evil intentions and designs. They are causing hurdle in acquiring girls’ education in the society where the people are not in favor of female education. Such types of educational institutions are blemishing the name of educational institutions. The future of the children is spoiled already due to business mind thinking people. The culprits behind the installation of close circuit television cameras in lady washrooms in the private school must be dealt with iron hand but so far there are no reports from the government about any investigation or the action taken against the school management.
