Eminent poet Allahobhayo Dal was born on December 16, 1977 at Khipro, District Sanghar in Sindh Province of Pakistan. He started writing fairytales in his mother tongue “Sindhi language” since his boyhood, and published in the different newspapers, literary magazines in 1990s. Now he is familiar as a vibrant poet, author and writer. He received more than hundred appreciation, participation certificates so far on his literary work from across the globe. More than 300 of his poems and short stories have been published in the global literary magazines, newspapers as well as in number of anthologies over the world.
Tears
They seem like fresh water, salty and soothing,
Yet they hold the weight of feeling, drawn from the depths of the heart.
The alchemy of tears is simple, like the brewing of alcohol,
Yet while alcohol intoxicates, tears unravel all.
When sorrow presses heavy upon the heart,
And the heat of grief courses through the veins,
It finds its path to the eyes.
A single tear may burn half a drop of blood,
It mesmerizes the mind,
Moves through the body in a silent journey,
Until, at last, with sobs,
It is released from the eyes.
Tears are the mark of sorrow,
A silent language only the soul can speak.

My heavens
Inside these walls, my daughters are my pride,
In this humble abode, I’ve found my own heaven inside.
They say the real paradise is breathtakingly beautiful, no doubt,
But my heaven is serene, where my daughters reign with honor and might.
Within these walls, brotherhood and harmony hold sway,
Regardless of what I possess, I am the richest person in the world today.
No treasure, no wealth can compare to the joy that I’ve found,
No king, no queen, not even Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg, can claim a crown.
My simple home is a sacred sanctuary, a place of prayer and peace,
Where my daughters, my queens, my heaven, forever release.
