Mithi, Tharparkar: One Aanbho, son of Gumano, resident of village RaanaTarai near Islamkot town, who was chained by his parents due to acute mental disorder since a long time, has now recovered successfully after treatment at Civil Hospital of Mithi, the district headquarter of Tharparkar.
The parents of Aanbho had tried their best to get him treated but failed and chained him due to his acute mental disorder. However, taking notice of the media reports, the Amar Jagdesh Social Forum contacted them and shifted the patient to Civil Hospital Mithi for treatment.
Sushil Malani, a PPP leader, who heads the Forum, told that Anbho was thoroughly checked and several tests were conducted to diagnose the root cause of mental disorder. “A team of doctors focused fully on his treatment and finally their untiring efforts yielded results,” he told.
Dr. Dilip Nandani, a member of the doctors’ team, told that since Aanbho was feeling much better now, he has been shifted to his home. “During treatment, he was looked after properly and was also provided clothes,” he said.
