Conscious+Endings+3AT THE CROSSROADS OF CONSCIOUSNESS

The border of consciousness

Where the two rivers meet

Waters blend

And you don’t know

Which way you flow

Was it your original

Or are you in the new

I pass through that fluid state

In which i see borders losing

And vistas growing

And losing my feet

And then my mind

I start feeling i am forgetting something

For moments i cease momentarily

My visions take me to a gloomy seaside

Where i wash myself

Of all my sins

I leave there all my clothes

Naked but there is no one around

To feel shy or odd

I take a canoe waiting for me

Driving it myself

I move on the waters

Now there is only the sea

And the me

My consciousness returns

I was seated on a bench

Basking in sunlight

When I lost track

And visited the scenes

Of the ultimate destiny.

The last scene of his life

Which Lord Krishna had shown

To Duryodhana in his delirium.

1608095764_terrorOF PEACE AND OLDEN TIMES

Peace was under threat

In those times also.

What has changed?

Nothing.

The past which looks so sacred

Everyone was trying to change it

That is why we have now

What we have.

Times have always been oppressive

And laymen have dreamed

Of better times

Today also

We feel oppressed

And look for a change.

Which means even changed situations

Are not certain to stay for long.

Given many a happy moment

In human history

But past was never so glorious

As we think of it today

Past is the staple diet

On which men prefer to live

Own no responsibility for the present

Just praise the past,

How easy it is to condemn or praise!

Old generation men,

Who have lived into modern times,

Ask them if they were they happy

With their peace?

Never.

They tried to change the times

So that they could see better days.

Peace was never on human agenda.
