The gang of bandits released on Sunday a video of three employees of a private company kidnapped a month ago by them for the ransom.

In the video, uploaded on social media, three hostages are seen chained, and begging their release.

The Laborers Mazhar Ali, Waseem and Jamshed are saying in the video that a month ago they were kidnapped by the dacoits from under-construction Kandhkot-Ghotki Bridge where they were working.

They appealed to the private company and the police to get them free after paying the ransom amount to the kidnappers.

They are seen weeping and begging their release and saying that they are deprived of meal and drinking water and dacoits are torturing them.

Meanwhile, after the kidnapping of the three technical staff members, the Sachal Engineering company, busy in the execution of the Rs.42 Billion mega project of bridge connecting Kandhkot to Ghotki district, has suspended the work due to insecurity and extortion of the Rs.8 million monthly by the Jagirani, Teghani, Bhayo and Sabzoi gangs.

Due to the incidents of kidnapping for ransom, Kandhkot has turned in to Wana and Waziristan like area.

It is said that 37 people including a woman and five children are the hostage to the gangs of bandits.

The civil society and parents of the kidnapped persons have continued their protests, but police have failed to recover the kidnapped persons.

Meanwhile, police sources said that in a short period of two months 12 cops including a Station House Officer, have been killed by the dacoits. The police have lots the writ in the area as the looting, plundering, extortion and other kind of crimes are on the peak. The local traders and businessmen have suspended their trade activities which has doubled the poverty and unemployment.

Meanwhile, on Sunday, at Magsi stop on Indus Highway Kandhkot, the robbers burst a tyre of a coach and looted cash, mobile phones and even they forcibly removed golden earrings and other gold from the woman.

The victim passengers of bus staged sit-in, however they ended protest when police assured them of the recovery.
