Change and Me

I saw the seasons change

I remained the same.

The agony-kissed sands

Has built a faithful castle.

Time asked me an answer

To my disobedience.

The piper led

The muse of my art astray.

I have walked

On the sun-kissed flowery bed.

Also, I have been amazed with

My broken mirror self

Surprised in the reflection.

The leaping flames

Burn my meanings

Yet I am as simple as a drop of dew

In the face of the maple leaf.

I ask the piper

The way to the horizon

That completes me.
