Glory Shines upon Your Tears

If you want a horizon with peace in your motherland

You’ve got to stop the war

You will make your home a better place to live

And stop the war

You tauten for your departed inhabitants across the world

Fall in the cause of freedom

You will go down and trail to the land and fall to re-access the ground with merit and concord over Sudan evermore

The umbrage of treasure is lurking around the stricken roads

The cities standstill

Not tending for the rainstorm to drop on the street but being numb with heartache for all the lifeless souls

And a haze full of blood will be circulating among the dim arbors

And huckleberry leaping up in the orchards will turn black seeds

And this very war will give sloshing light of bright golden rays that can radiate each soul that is agonizing each heart that is constricting with pain

The glee days will come

It’s proven

And the sky will be neat

And those who come through will be living for those who aren’t here

There is a time when the gorgeousness and the sweetness of our dream come true in our beloved homeland where a million lives vanished everywhere

Many wounded folks in war!

Many victims in war!

There is victory in war!

You always evade lessons of war proceed to be abandoned, and disowned everywhere in the globe

Fighters

Servicemen

Militants’ inept liberty warriors

And sufferers are warring and murdering with glory while rippling the Sudanese flag

It is not only war that can stop war but men’s contentment

Mindful your mission can deal with such a deadly enemy

Peace means quitting the war

But also to relinquish persecution and tyranny

One love brings us together

Now and Forever

POET’S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM

The poem written on 25 August 2023, captures the fighting that makes it difficult to supply the population and already led to massive price increases for everyday goods. If the fighting continues, the dangers for the country and the region are immense. Hunger, lack of basic services, and massive refugee movements would be the result. The Islamist movement in Sudan could gain further influence. Civilians who feel threatened could arm themselves for self-protection, while the existing armed groups could join either side. The fragile neighboring countries could be destabilized and provide space for jihadist actors.
