LAST RIDE TOGETHER
Let us go cruising, my dear
The last ride together,
Every ride is the last, you chant.
Until a request is raised afresh and I grant.
On these waters of disappointments
Over which we had decided
Never shall meet the twain
Let us go cruising once again.
Let us dispel the waters of hopes
To make progress in neutral coexistence
Let the times left behind
Turn memories and die by inches
We decided one day to dodge
All expectations
And accuse love of a fallen fire
And passion of a drugged base desire
Dear, on this cruise, bring all the
Sacred moments,
We will give them a watery frame
They will never show their baby faces again.
In your presence I will slay my passion
And kill my desire
And offer you their flesh
As a testament to quench your fire.
Let us go cruising on the main
For never again shall meet the twain
Let all the pleasure be thine
And mine all blame.
