A book titled ‘Aadarshi ain Mukhlus Insan’ (Idealist and Sincere Human) was launched at a ceremony held here on Sunday to pay tribute to political struggle of Muhammad Murad Chandio, the late leader of PPP (Shaheed Bhutto).
Noted personalities of the area belong to different walks of life spoke at the event.
Central leader of PPP SB, Inayat Umrani, leader of Awami Jhamoori Party Harif Chandio, Muhammad Salah Chandio, book compiler and publisher Dr. Shah Murad Chandio, Awami Tehreek leader Comrade Sartaj Chandio, Junior Janan Chan, GSTA leader Abdul Hadi Choliani, PPP leader Bashir Choliani, District Liaison Secretary of Sindhi Literary Society (Sindhi Adbi Sangat) Najib Chandio, Dur Muhammad Buriro, Central Leader of National People’s Movement Inayat Lashari, SUP Leader Waqar Raza, PPP SB Bhutto Leader Niaz Haidari, Asghar Merasi, JSMM Leader Ghafar Mirjat, Writer Irfan Manan and others said that Murad Chandio was a true, tolerant and principled political leader who not only followed the ideology of Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto till the end, but also fought hard against the oppressors. He had passion and true spirit for his fellow companions and looked after them for their collective good.
They said that political workers are a great hope and a source for the people. “Murad Chandio was a source for his organization, workers and citizens throughout his life. His struggle will never be forgotten and he will always be remembered,” they said.
