In Pakistan, particularly Sindh, life is miserable these days and earnings for the family have become difficult. And everyone seems crying about not having job opportunities. Unemployment refers to the share of the labor force that is without work but available for and seeking employment. Pakistan’s unemployment rate for 2022 was 6.42%, a 0.08% increase from 2021. Pakistan’s unemployment rate for 2021 was 6.34%, a 0.21% decline from 2020. However, there is every likelihood of seeking support through working from home, of course, this is not fashionable.

One can find a job, but the so-called if(s) and but(s) and financial support through programs like the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) have contributed, don’t know what.

Remote working has paved the way towards harnessing the boon of diversity. Employees worldwide can collaborate, contributing unique perspectives based on their cultural backgrounds, experiences, and skills. There is a need to look for the causes of unemployment in Pakistan which include the growing population, Illiteracy, flawed education system, the economic state of Pakistan, energy crisis, shift of our textile industries, high taxation rate lack of technology etc.
