Dr-saba-Parveen-SAU-Group-Sindh-CourierPhD scholar Ms. Saba Parveen Samo has proved in her research that many countries, including Pakistan, do not have the required amount of selenium in their soil, due to which cattle suffer from malnutrition related diseases. There is even dearth of selenium in animal’s fodder, due to this fact animal milk or meat does not provide the required selenium for human physical development, and they also suffer from malnutrition, so the selenium should be included in the nutritional requirement,

According to research, selenium is a mineral element; both organic and inorganic species must be used in animal feed, both of which have a positive effect on the anatomy of animals.
