Mai Han Hanh, born in 1950, lives in Tam Hiep Ward, Dong Nai Province of Vietnam. He is a retired police officer and member of the Dong Nai Literature and Arts Association. He has published 6 poetry books.

Gold Sunset ripens the sky’s edge
Gentle breeze misses the one far away
Clouds playfully kiss my own hair

Rain bids Summer farewell, Fall begins love
Your hair holds soft scent of evening.

Loving winter so much
When winter learns how to love
Snow doesn’t fall in eyes any more
Only your glance keeps me warm
*
Suddenly seen on your cheek, the autumn persimmon blushed
Melting into two soft halves of heart.
