Student Theater Studios Competition held in Fergana University

The theatrical teams from various faculties presented their stage performances, gifting the audience with unforgettable moments on November 7 at the Grand Assembly Hall of Fergana State Technical University.
It was the second day of the university stage of the “Student Theater Studios” competition.
The main goal of this competition is to support creative, broad-minded, and spiritually rich young people with a refined aesthetic sense, as well as to enhance their stage culture, art of speech, and acting skills.
The theater studios of the assigned faculties presented their performances in accordance with the regulations. Each stage act stood out for its unique concept and artistic approach, its way of addressing relevant social themes, stage design, and the actors’ performance skills.
The performances prepared by the students covered themes such as the worldview of today’s youth, social issues, human values, national pride, and love for the Motherland. The jury evaluated the creative works based on criteria such as acting ability, speech technique, directing, decoration, and overall artistic expression.
Throughout the event, the university administration, professors, students, and guests highly appreciated the enthusiasm and creativity inspired in young people through the art of theater.
At the end of the competition, the theater studios that achieved the best results were awarded diplomas, honorary certificates, and cash prizes. In addition, individual awards such as “Best Actor” and “Best Actress” were also announced.
This creative platform not only showcased the students’ talents but also united them, strengthening national values, human virtues, and patriotism through the art of theater.
