Overcome the difficulties of life with dignity, strive for victory with courage, for the world belongs to brave souls. Life is too precious to be insignificant

When I first heard the saying, “Those who know a lot grow old quickly,” I used to think it meant that people who read a lot, who possess high knowledge and abilities, age quickly due to the mental labor they endure. But today, I find myself deeply feeling and experiencing the essence of these words… I have come to realize that in life, it is not only hard work that makes us age; rather, it is the loss of trust, the fading of hopes, the extinguishing of wonder, the death of dreams, the draining of spiritual strength, and the disappearance of positive energies that hasten the aging process. Especially when we see the true faces of those around us and discover the false games they play with us, our hearts become shattered.
When I saw people who had veiled the truth from my eyes, I felt my astonishment turn to smoke like the fumes from a stove, my trust sinking into the desert like sand, and the endless love in my heart freezing into solid ice… Because I had yet to see the tricks and games of many people, nor the true faces behind their masks. Accepting the truth is difficult, especially when you see it with your own eyes and feel it deep within yourself, as though falling from a high cliff. To see and know so many truths at once shattered my heart and dragged my spirit down into a deep abyss. Pain upon pain, blow after blow — even the strongest of people will lose themselves in such a storm. From the agony of these pains and the heavy force of these blows, one expends much energy before finding their way back. As the great German philosopher Goethe wrote: “To be human is to be a fighter.” These words mean that after suffering defeat, one must gather strength and experience to rise again, for if not, you will live your life tasting the bitterness of defeat.
Rumi says: “When you enter a difficult period, and everything seems to be against you, when you feel you cannot endure even a moment longer, never give up. For at that moment, a change is coming, and the direction of your path will change.”
True victors are those who have been defeated many times. No matter how many times they fall, get struck, or face the harshest blows of failure, they gather their willpower and rise again. As Rumi says: “When you enter a difficult period, and everything seems to be against you, when you feel you cannot endure even a moment longer, never give up. For at that moment, a change is coming, and the direction of your path will change.”
This life is, after all, a battlefield of struggles and trials. If I wish to reach success and my goals, I must be ready for defeat and hardships. In such situations, the rewards of fate may await. Anything easily obtained lacks value. No matter what, I will not lose my faith in myself and in the Higher Power! O my heart, let those who have abused your simplicity and trust rejoice today! But tomorrow, the flowers of patience will bloom atop the mountains of your aspirations, so never stop, and never give in! Be grateful that the veils of lies that blinded your eyes have now been lifted.
Take hold of yourself, and never lose hope. From now on, never give your trust to anyone blindly. In your good days, treat yourself like a friend, but in your fallen moments, cast out those who have only watched you from the sidelines. Never tie your hope to anything or anyone except for the Higher Power and yourself. O my heart, let those who have hurt you and misled you be your lessons! In trials, make patience your shield, and with your strong will, turn fears into courage! Live on, and continue striving, for as Charlie Chaplin once said: “Live! The most precious thing is to fight with determination, thirst for life, and live a meaningful life. Overcome the difficulties of life with dignity, strive for victory with courage, for the world belongs to brave souls. Life is too precious to be insignificant.”
