When I Dream – Poetry from Serbia

When I dream, my soul is awake,

In its ethereal form.

The stone keeps the secret of the Earth.

WHEN I DREAM

When I dream, my soul is awake,

In its ethereal form.

The stone keeps the secret of the Earth.

I am a river flowing

Toward the Source, a bird with

Free wings. A dream is only

Another reality, a delicate

Line between two realms.

Who knows where dreams end

And waking begins? A dream is

The oldest language of the soul,

In which the stone breathes,

The flower speaks, and humankind

Is one with all!
