Not because they have nothing to say,

But because something inside is too heavy to speak.

Sometimes a person becomes quiet,

Not because they have nothing to say,

But because something inside is too heavy to speak.

When you notice someone withdrawing,

Sit with them, talk to them,

Or simply listen without judgment.

Silence can be a sign of hidden pain.

Support those who need mental health care

Your presence might be the help they were waiting for.

A Place for Everyone

There are people carrying burdens they cannot name,

Moving through life without the support they deserve.

Mental health is not a privilege,

It is a basic need that requires care, understanding,

And services that reach every community.

No one should struggle alone,

Or search endlessly for help that should already exist.

We need mental health facilities that are accessible,

Affordable, and free from judgment

A system that welcomes everyone who seeks support.
