How to use ambulance service 1122

InspectionIn the event of an emergency, whether at home, on the road, or anywhere else, simply dial 1122 to access the ambulance service. The Command-and-Control Department will receive your call, and an expert team will ask for information about the patient’s condition to determine the best course of action. Based on the patient’s condition, a health service code will be generated, and the Command-and-Control Centre will dispatch the emergency to the ambulance staff. The ambulance will then be deployed to pick up the patient within a specified timeframe. Once on board, an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will provide first aid and conduct primary and secondary assessments while en route to the hospital. Finally, the EMT will ensure the patient is safely transferred to the hospital for further treatment.

They also identify any fleet or biomedical issues and check the expiry dates of medicines to guarantee that patients receive the best possible care.
