LUMHS Vice Chancellor Prof Dr. Ikram u Ddin Ujjan distributes free textbooks among students

The Vice Chancellor of Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS) Jamshoro Dr. Ikramuddin Ujjan has opened the LUMHS Public School, which was non-functional since eleven years.
At a simple ceremony on Thursday, he distributed free books among the students of class 1 to 5.
On that occasion, Vice Chancellor said that the buildings of LUMHS Public School was lying vacant for 11 years, which has now been activated and opened for the children.
He said that so far more than two hundred students have been enrolled and more than 150 male and female students have been given free textbooks.
Professor Dr. Ikramuddin Ujjan said that after assuming the office of VC, LUMHS, he ensured that the building of this LUMHS Public School is built to meet the requirements from middle school to college where all kinds of education facilities could be provided for the children.
He said that education is the right of every male and female student. Every female and male student should work hard and make the name of the country bright. “Whatever the need of the public school would be, it has been fulfilled”.
